Villa Clarissa V is a luxury villa in the heart of Las Terrenas within walking distance to Playa Las Ballenas, Pueblo Los Pescadores, and many restaurants.
Playa Las Ballenas is the most beautiful and quiet place in the western part of the resort town of Las Terrenas in the north of the Dominican Republic. You are also able to walk to the center of the town from the villa.
The Pueblo de Los Pescadores (Fishermen’s Village), a row of casitas that once housed fishermen, is now a cluster of charming restaurants and bars a stone’s throw from the water’s edge; most boast beachfront open-air decks. It is not more than ten minutes’ walking distance from Villa Clarissa V.
The villa accommodates nine adults and one child. The villa is fully equipped giving you the comfort that you deserve during your vacation in Las Terrenas.
We offer two master suites each with a full bath, fan, and air conditioning! You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private pool, built-in grill barbecue, gazebo/eating area, Wi-fi, Cable, and access to a Netflix account. Cleaning services are offered as part of your reservation four days per week. There is an inverter for electricity backup, a water heater, an alarm, a pool fence if requested, and much more.
Our property is private, exclusively for your use, and fully gated and fenced. A security guard is present during the evening hours.
There is a Master Suite on the first level with a full bathroom and a king bed. There is a second bedroom on the first level with a queen bed and a full bathroom. There is a third bedroom on the second level with two twin beds and a bunk bed, the top bed is suitable for a child. There is an independent suite inside the property; the master suite 2, with a Queen bed, full bathroom, walking closet, and a flat T.V.
The eating area is outdoors but fully screened and the dining table sits twelve. We have a private pool, an outdoor cabana bathroom, and an outdoor setting for your comfort.
We offer massage and cooking as optional services, once your reservation is confirmed we will provide you with additional details.

Other Details
Internet, Water and Electricity Services
As an underdeveloped Caribbean Island, seldomly there are internet, water, and power outages that are not under our control in reference to when they will happen or for how long. We will do our best by providing you with alternative options whenever possible such as an internet hotspot, a power inverter, and a small water supply available for emergencies.
Parking
You will be able to park two automobiles (one in front of each other) or one automobile and one 4×4. We do not have any additional parking on the premises.
Electricity Charges
We are pleased to offer a solar system that covers most of the electricity charges, however, you still will be responsible for the cost of the electrical consumption not covered by the solar system. Once your reservation is completed you will receive a detailed explanation of how the charges are calculated.
Music Policy
Music is allowed but the volume cannot disturb the neighbors. The person responsible for the reservation (group leader) must complete our Music / Noise Policy Agreement before entering the property. Although we want our guests to enjoy their choice of music, we will restrictedly enforce our music policy. Excess noise in open areas (pool deck) and loud music are prohibited.

Yes you can, select the dates of your choice at the calendar and if the days are available you can proceed with your booking. There will be a $300.00 security deposit reimbursable if no damages collected at the time of your reservation.
You can cancel your reservation at no additional fees besides the transaction charges at any time four weeks prior to your check in if you book the reservation directly with us on this site. There will be a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel two weeks prior to your reservation. There is no reimbursement if you cancel within two weeks of your check in date.

The property is located on a gated community about 150 meters from Playa Las Ballenas. The property itself is fully fenced. There is as security guard during the evenings for the villa.
You can rent a car and pick it up at the airport. You can also request a taxi service that will pick you up at the airport and do any additional trips upon request. If you are in need of a taxi service please send us a request on the concierge services if you already have a reservation with us.
El Catey Internatioal Airport is thirty minutes from Villa Clarissa V.
Santo Domingo International Airport is two and a half hours from Las Terrenas.
Santiago International Airport is three hours from Las Terrenas.
Once your reservation is completed we will send you instructions to review the different cook packages options. We will confirm the availability of the cook and provide you with instructions for the payment for the service.
You then will proceed to select the menu for your first meals or all the meals during your stay.
The cook if desired will buy the groceries and you will reimburse for the cost of the ingredients upon getting the receipts.
